AP asked the delegate of Vietnam to comment on the state of the Security Council so far. In prior committee sessions, it was apparent that the discussion splintered into two factions; led by the Vietnamese and US delegates respectively. During this short interview, the Vietnamese delegate shares with correspondents on the state of discussions, and the trajectory to which these talks are headed.
